Mask Technology is the leader in solder mask services, offering eighteen different Class III materials to meet our customer’s stringent requirements. Some of these include Taiyo, Enthone and Epic among the LPI's and all commercially available dry films. Temporary masks include latex, peelable and water soluble films. While contingent on circuit board design, MTI is capable of resolving .002" dams or webs on a production basis in addition to offering via plugging and tenting.With 25 years coating solder mask materials our team of technicians has the knowledge, skill, and experience to solve your most difficult problems and exceed your expectations.
Please note normal lead times are 24 hours, however longer lead times may be required for blue, red, yellow and black films in addition to flex and rigid/flex substrates. XRF and ionic contamination certifications are available on request.
