Nickel/Gold Specialty Plating Resist

Mask Tek coats photopolymer dry film for nickel/gold and specialty plating applications using DuPont's Riston GoldMaster GM100 Series. This temporary polymer has very strong resistance to lifting on all surfaces. It has been formulated to be compatible with incoming copper clad surfaces, scrubbed and unscrubbed electroless, direct metalization processes and panel plated copper.

Whether you are doing your plating in-house or using an outside vendor, we can coordinate processing/lamination of the GM100 Resist for you and can strip the resist after plating to insure that you have the highest production yields possible.
